HR Administrative Assistant

Goodwill Industries of Northern Wisconsin and Upper Michigan is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Human Resources team in Marquette, MI.

Position responsibilities include:

  • Filing and tracking personnel records, including: performance appraisals, I9s, and tax forms
  • Answering and routing phone calls
  • Coordinating employee orientations, trainings, and other meetings
  • Running electronic reports, printing materials, and creating information packets
  • Light cleaning and organizing
  • Assisting with various Human Resources and Accounting functions

 

Minimum and preferred qualifications:

  • Fluency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Two or more years experience working as an administrative assistant or directly related role
  • Basic knowledge of employment laws and/or human resources procedures
  • Associate’s degree or higher in Business or related field
